Question:
Hi,
is it possible to copy a single user with all the authorizations from one system to another? SCC8 copies all the users which i do not want.
Your help will be very welcome.

Answer:
Not simple possible (except with help of an abaper who would make a program using USER_CLONE). You would have to download/upload the roles first and then it would be a matter of a few mouse-clicks to add the user. Also - the roles might have the same name, but different contents in both systems. If you want to live this process repeatedly, you might want to think of establishing a CUA. Refer to documentation for that.

Answer:
Actually, you don't need an ABAPer if you know all the tables containing user information. I believe Snowy posted a way to export and import RFC destinations from one SAP system to another, you could adjust this to do what you need to do.
But I would think that just adding the user manually would be way easier.
Answer:
The trick I provided using R3TRANS exports whole tables. It might be possible to export just a user but I would not do this. Exporting a user is not included in just 1 tables but over a dozen table.
So, forget about this and re-create user manually.
Anyway, I am moving this out of BASIS forum.
