I have added org levels to my roles, via SE38, PFCG_ORGLEVEL_CREATE, in my development client. (Ex: forcing order type to be an org level which wasn't one previously)
I transported all the roles but of course this change doesn't take effect.
I need to know if I have to run this program in all my clients and do a mass generation of all the roles in each client?
Can't I transport the tables that are affected?
Which tables would i need to transport?
And if I can't transport the tables, do I really want to do this in PRD, and mass generate my roles.

No, you cannot transport the change.
Most simple way, run the report on the next system in the landscape, and immediately after that import your (changed) roles.
Unless you change any roles after the migration to OrgLevel, there is no use in transporting the roles.

It is also worth noting that you should think about creating the org levels in all the systems you will have the roles in.
It is not required however if you generate any roles in prod and the org level isn't there, you may have some problems.
This isn't necessarily a bad way to deter some admins from making changes in production.

You can transport the org level changes and it must be transported for the roles to work corectly in PFCG. you enter the record as follows:
R3TR TABU USORG
R3TR TABU USVART
R3TR TABU USVAR
Then double click on each recor and enter the "key" as an asterisk.
This will "correct " all the roles so they appear correct in PFCG . The key table is USVART if it is not tranported then PFCG does not work correctly

I transported those tables...however I didn't automatically see the org levels.
Do I need to do anything to follow up and make sure the tables were moved properly?
In the role, the org levle is not there but in the auths I would see for instance $KOSTL for cost center.
Any suggestions to make this work?

I don't have this in my dvlp system, is this a SAP delivered program?
