Question:
We are currently updating the central CUA with details from the CRM-> Business Partner->Contact Person as this (I believe) can't be automated as part of the CUA automatic update from a child process.
However, we also need to trickle feed any changes within the Central CUA that may affect the CRM->Business Partner->Contact Person and I was wondering how I could detect (and extract) and changes to the CUA that may affect this area.
Any help would be appreciated.

Answer:
It looks like I might be able to pick up the IDOC's for the USERCLONE message type and then detect whether there have been any changes against the appropriate fields for a particular Business Partner, having built a relationship between system user ID and the business partner.
However, there does not seem to be any type of BADI or exit routine here, that I can find, to do this. Does anyone know of a BADI/Exit to do this.
Also, someone has mentioned that there's an S&A tool to show what changes a satelite/child system has received from the cdentral CUA with regards to user changes. Is there such a utility ?.
