Change history reports RSUSR100 and RSUSR101 available inthe SUIM

CHange documents and create reports exits for those as well, in the SAP menu path, pull-downs, and report/tcode descriptions look for key words "Display Changes"
Answer:
For Eg. MM04 - Display changes made to Article/Material master.
