like:- role X of user A in client 009 TO role X of user B in client 005.

go to client B. tx. PFCG. Menu Role: -> read role via RFC (if you have no RFC-connection, let BASIS create you one in tx SM59). After reading the role it will be empty in client B (it's authorizations are in client A). attach role to user ... done.

why not use the download/upload function to move the role... that way you you don't need an RFC destination defined. you must keep the profile names the same when you use the download/upload option. you will see when you upload the role it will need to be generated and it the profile name field is blank. a quick copy and paste from the originating client will solve that.
Or you can add the role to a transport and then use transaction SCC1 to move it to a client within in the same system. Just remember not to release the transport before you copy the role, if you do you won't be able to use SCC1 to move it.
