When i use tc su01 and press F4 to look at all users, it is showing only a few user id whereas i know that we have more than what is being shown on the screen. What could be causing this?

Probably a lack of first name for the index. You could use suim for a user list.

Answer:
It has nothing to do with the USrxx and USTxx tables, this time. The F4 in SU01 is based on the address management tables. They have been hosed. or overlayed, or you company address is messed up. Look at the USR21, ADRP and ADR7 table to see if they are messed up. There are some reports in SAP that is supose to fix this.
