How to check what authorization restrictions are set for a transaction in a role . I want this because I need to set the same restrictions for a tractions in another role.

Check SU24 . Shows you the default auth for txn. Go into PFCG to see if any of these Auth objects have been maintained (or changed which you should not be doing). Other txn may use the same object and open access. You need to decide what to do in these circumstances. Use the overview button to see other Txn using same object
