Hi all
When using F4 help on the user id in SU01, the resulting list shows no
"Last Name" and "First Name" data for most of the entries, even though
this data does exist in SU01.
I've tracked a user with missing F4 data through tables USR02, USR21,
ADCP and ADRP but I can't see anything wrong. I've also run reports
RSADRCK1 and RSADRCK2 with no success.
Any ideas anyone?

Answer:
For anyone interested, I found a workaround for this problem.
For those users missing "Last Name" and "First Name" data in F4, changing
any of the address fields using SU01 fixes the problem. For example,
change Language to Greek, save, change back to English, save again. I
updated all the effected users with a Batch Data Capture session (mass
changes with SU10 can't be done on address fields - at least not in 46C).
How this problem came about in the first place I don't know, but clearly
forcing an address update refreshes the tables and solves the problem.
