To all,
We are still using 3.0F version and i have a problem in authorization. We have 30+ companies but one Controller is handling 3-5 companies. I'm not sure if this will solve in authorization or with customizing. Anybody who can relate and understand my problem? pls. help. I wonder if there is/are still existing using same version.....

Answer:
It is in authorisation.
If you use the profile generator (tcode PFCG) you can create authorisations copy the existing activity groups and maintain the entries for organisational levels in the authorisation section oft he PFCG.
If you are not usiing the PFCG, then it is a little bit more difficult. You then have to create all relevant authorisations via transaction code SU03 and group them into profiles in tcode SU02.
Another solution is that if there are + 30 profiles for the different companies that you assign the 3-5 profiles to the controllers Userid
