Customer logo / frontend printing through webgui

Question: Hi,

We are using SAP GUI for HTML(webgui) in ITS 6.20 to access SAP system.

The issues are as follows:

1. The customer wants his logo displayed on the SAP transactions accessed through webgui. I know we can include customer logos if we are using SAP@Web studio by editing the HTML templates, but through webgui is it possible to have this requirement fulfilled? If yes, how? Webgui generates the HTML templates dynamically.

2. The ITS 6.20 documentation mentions that printing through frontend is supported provided the backend SAP R/3 version is high enough. Our R/3 version is 46C and is high enough but still I am not able to print through frontend. A window like the SAPLPD window is opened but it is blank and no printing is done.

Cheers,
Aniket

Answer:
I can answer number 2.

You have to create a printer on the production server. The admin there called it WEBPRT. Instead of printing to a printer, it generates a .PDF file and the .PDF goes to the web browser. Adobe fires up and they print localy from there.

Can't help you on the logos, sorry.

Answer:
Hello,

If I rememeber correctly SAP logo (picture form upper right corner) is situated on web server directory structure.
Search on your web server where ITS is installed.
