Hi, can anyone tell me if the password that is placed in a message to SAP via OSS is limited to just the person at SAP who is working on the issue?

it depends. if you enter the password in the "Text" part of the message, it is viewable by all SAP employees with an i000000 account. it is also viewable by S00000000 accounts from your company.
