GR clubing the POs

Question: Can we have multiple Pos combined in one GR ??

I mean what happens is that sometimes I receive goods from supplier(import) against different POs in one shipment only and there are some 6 to 7 types of charges incurred while clearing those goods after their arrival at the port.

How can I seggregate them based on the respective POs also

Sometimes supplier requests to send some advance against multiple POs before he actually delivers the shipment. In tha case how these costs can be accomodated in SAP.Because you deposit the same amount to the bank based on clubing different Pos.

Any suggestion how to tacle this..

Thanks in advance..

Answer:
Hi,

It is technically possible that you can make the GR for multiple POs. However, since the Delivery Note and/or Bill of Lading fields are all defined at the header level of the GR, it is not feasible to have a delivery note for each and every GR line item.

Hi,

Answer:
Hi,

What you can do is to go to Transaction MIGO and then enter the first PO number and then press 'Enter'. Continue enter the next PO number in the same field and then press 'Enter'. Alternatively, in case of having many POs to be entered for the particular vendor ID, what you can do is to click firstly onto the 'Find PO' icon ('binocular' icon). The next screen will pop up where you can enter your related vendor number (to restrict only those POs being awarded to such vendor). Click again onto 'Find PO' icon at the bottom of the screen, the list of POs will appear. Select those POs you would like to maintain GR, then click on 'Adopt' icon (the second from the right) and these POs will be automatically copied into the GR document. Let me know how it goes.

Cheers,

Answer:
Yes you can. On the MIRO screen where you normally enter the PO number, press the "right arrow button". This will take you to a popup where you can enter multiple POs.
