Hi,
I encountered an error message "you cannot enter new delivery cost" when trying to add incidental cost doc fee in the PO. The existing incidental cost which is Bank charge is already paid when I attmpted to add the another incidental cost using t-code ME22n. Stock/goods of the said PO was no yet GR'ed.
How do I resolve this? please help.

Ang hirap nun pre ... hehe. Baka walang authorization ang user na maglagay ng condition. Wala bang additional message?
Translation: Possibilities: 1) Check if the condition type is a header or item level condition; 2) no authorization to add condition, 3)PO was accidentally closed inspite of no GR.
