Hi,
While I upload the data from Excel sheet to R/3 in Transaction code MI34, getting an Warning Message "Sequential file c:\pid\count cannot be opened"
Message no. M7 850
Diagnosis
The system could not open sequential file c:\pid\count.
System Response
The system cannot write any data to, or read any data from, this file.
Any hints / clues / sugestion Would be highly appreciated.

dont have the file open with Excel at the same time you want upload with SAP.
