What does the following message mean: "Error in quantity conversion from sales unit to stockkeeping unit"? Is this a configuration issue? This is from within the idoc function IDOC_INPUT_DESADV.
Please advise if you know the problem.

what is your sales unit, what is your stock keeping unit?
How much is your quantity?
Is this error in the system receiving the IDOC?
or while creating the IDOC?
Are these units maintained in your material master?
