I want to have BOM explosion in standard purchaseOrder, I have gone through this forum and found many posts related to this reqt. I realized that this is not possible in standard functionality, but any one can throw some idea, how to get this thru ABAP development?

It is not possible as it is not what SAP has been designed so far. The BOM explosion will only be applicable in the subcontract process. BTW, what is of your particular business scenario? why would you like to look for it in standard PO?.

Thanks for your response.
Requirement is User need to order kits from Cross company plant thru stock replensihment process. Kit contains more than 10 items and they dont want to enter manually in STO. They need to have similar functionality how Sales BOM explodes. Just I am looking is there any work around possible for this.

So you work without MRP then. Otherwise MRP would trigger what needs to be replenished.
If you do a manual process, then you need to maintain this only once, then you can create the new PO by copy an old one via the document overview in ME21N. So there is no need to explode soemthing.

Thanks for your suggestion. Most of the times without MRP they will create Stock Repl order.
If it is thru MRP, can it create with same PO? can you explain what are preprequisites reqd?

It will not create all kit accessories (BOM components) without any setting. The fact is that the stock replenishment transfer requisition will be generated for each BOM components during MRP run (using the special procurement key). These stock transfer requisitions can be consolidated into one PO via either automatic generation of PO (Transaction ME59) or manually via Transaction ME57/ME58.
