Hi everyone,
Does any of you know how to change the sender address when we send the Po's by Email?
Now it seems like Sap use the Email address of the user creating the Po from SU01.
The 'normal' procedure would be to use a common address like Purchase@firm.com or something like that?

Analyze if you need the personal mail id in SU01 for any action you do from within SAP.
If not, then replace this mail id with Purchase@firm.com

One more question, I tried the solution given by Svetja but for most of the users, the Email address field in the user profile is greyed out, meaning it can't be changed, this is when I use System/User Profile/Own Data.
Does anyone know a better way for doing this?

The email adress is only changeable with proper authority (S_USER_GRP, ACTVT=02) .
You should ask your user admin to change the value.

Do you know if it is possible to change the content of the mail?
That way we could just add a line in the mail like "Reply to this mail to Purchase.de@Firm.com"
