Our business requirement is...
Some time we receive imported goods free of cost, however to procure these goods custom duty and other delivery cost is applied.
If I create PO with Free item check box the "Condition" tab from line item details disappears.
Also system does not allow creating PO with Zero basic prices.
Any idea how to deal in this situation, we would like to create PO with zero basic price with delivery condition type.

This topic has already been discussed in this forum. All you have to do is to maintain PO with very low value (such as 0.01 per 10000) against which you can maintain planned costs.
