What is of your business scenario?. Why didn't you like to get the delivery date from the PR? Which particular delivery date would you like to copy from?.

The PO gets the date delivery from the purchase requisition but sometimes it takes a long time from the PR to the PO so we need to recalculate the date delivery as the addition of the "planned delivery time in days" plus the "Processing time required by purchasing department " .

I am afraid this is not the right approach. The point is that once PR is generated, SAP has already calculated, especially during MRP run, the proposed delivery date which is based upon the planned delivery time and purchasing processing time. Therefore, it is not logical to add again these two timing components when converting PR into PO.
