Hi,
We are implementing ehs module.We have a specific requirement to identify all the raw materials from the suppliers, which contains the dangerous goods. Some settings ara available in material master but they may needs to be done manually.
In addition to this, they want to mark the material like say paint, as dangerous good, even before entering into material master.
Anybody aware of this?

What is your business purpose in identifying material in such a way?
Is it for storage control purpose (Warehouse Management has features for this)
Is it for Sales purpose (Customer master data could control this)
Is it for Purchase purpose?
If you have more than one plant, is this control(s) requires in all plants?
