I want system creates PO, only if there is info record exist.
I want system automatically 'unthick' the info update box in the PO, at the material data tab ME21N.
In my system, anytime I create PO ME21N, system set auto 'thick' the info update box.
This meaning that, we do not allow user to create PO by manually enter price.
How to do this?

The solution is to control via the setting in OMET Transaction with further assignment to your end user via parameter EFB.

In Transaction OMET, it is feasible for you to set the additional field selection key (being assigned to the 'Field Selection' field) whereupon the 'Net Price' shall be set as Display status. Furthermore, make sure the 'Enter Conditions' indicator is not activated. Upon assigning to your end users with parameter EFB via Transaction SU52, the end user will not be able to maintain the pricing conditions. Only when the purchasing info record's pricing conditions are copied into your PO, then you can be able to save your PO.
