Question:
Dear all,
Any setting to disallow to print the canceled PO. Please advice! Thanks!

Answer:
Hi,
There are no standard options for this.
Basically the PO may have been cancelled but there could be genuine business reasons to print it out ( a vendor dispute etc.), if you block this then you may find that when exceptions occur you have a problem.
So my first recommendation would be to try to persuade the business to trust their users to act sensibly.
If there is a reason why they may be printing them by accident then I would suggest that you change the logic within the form to print large letters "CANCELLED" across the PO if all lines have been flagged as cancelled.
If you really HAVE to stop them printing then you could consider changing the configuration of the output type to get it to check but I doubt that this is really sensible / feasible. It would be OK if there was just one flag for it to check but you don't cancell a PO you have to flag each line and so the logic to identify a cancelled PO is too complicated for a check during output type determination.
So I would recommend that you consider using the logic in the output form to stop this or better still to print the word cancelled on the output.
