i try to create in background Purchase orders by using tcode ME21N.
A error message "Net price must be greater than 0" but i filled the net price and the system clear it .
Please someone can tell me how to do?

First check whether you have created Purchasing Info Record (TCode: ME11) for the material with the conditons (Net Price). After creating the Purchasing Info Record try to make the Purchase Order (TCode: ME21N)

Normally, the automatic creation of PO shall be made via Transaction ME59 which can be set in background job running. Check it out.

I suppose your pricing scheme includes a condition type with access sequence only (PB00) and doesn't have PBXX in it - which is normally used for manual prices (without info record).
First check out which pricing scheme your PO points to
-> in ME21N, go to the conditions tab and hit 'Analysis'. You'll probably find RM0000. Then go to transaction M/08 and to the control detail of your pricing scheme (RM0000). Add an entry for PBXX on top of the list.
Generally speaking, make sure you have a manual condition type for prices in your pricing scheme. This is a condition type which is not assigned an access sequence (check out condition type detail in M/06).
