Question:
Dear Gurus,
I have installed Ides 4.7 with Ext. 2.00 on test server. Oracle 9i on Win2k server.
I am trying to apply Basis support package 33 on application but it gives error during DDIC_ACTIVATION phase. basis support package 32 is already installed with installed application.
I tried to find out solution by analysing the Alog and Slog and appropriate sap note but i didn't get success. Hence,herewith ,I am attaching the error logs.
pls. help me bcoz it would be great to me.

Answer:
Checking for error messages in your support package import logs would be a lot more helpful.
You can find these logs either in SE01 (select the Delivery Transp. tab) or through SPAM (Goto -> Import Logs -> Queue).

What happened?
Error in ABAP application program.
The current ABAP program "RADMASDSC " had to be terminated because one of the
statements could not be executed.
This is probably due to an error in the ABAP program.
What can you do?
Print out the error message (using the "Print" function)
and make a note of the actions and input that caused the
error.
To resolve the problem, contact your SAP system administrator.
You can use transaction ST22 (ABAP Dump Analysis) to view and administer
termination messages, especially those beyond their normal deletion
date.
Error analysis
An exception occurred. This exception is dealt with in more detail below
. The exception, which is assigned to the class 'CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB', was
neither
caught nor passed along using a RAISING clause, in the procedure
"REF_TO_TYPE_DTEL_SEL" "(FORM)"
.
Since the caller of the procedure could not have expected this exception
to occur, the running program was terminated.
The reason for the exception is:
The table "DD04L " does not contain any data records with the specified key.
The system called the internal SAP database interface because it
expected to find such a key.
How to correct the error
The exception must either be prevented, caught within the procedure
"REF_TO_TYPE_DTEL_SEL"
"(FORM)", or declared in the procedure's RAISING clause.
To prevent the exception, note the following:
Probably the only way to eliminate the error is to correct the program.

You may able to find an interim solution to the problem
in the SAP note system. If you have access to the note system yourself,
use the following search criteria:
"DBIF_RSQL_KEY_NOT_FOUND" CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DBC
"RADMASDSC " or "RADMASDSC "

Answer:
Check out oss note 515080. It's for an issue with Oracle 8.1.7, but all of the other comments about the errors seem to match the errors you are getting. I've often found from past experience that sometimes old notes can lead me in the right direction.
Check your values for the parameters referenced in the note.

I think it's related to memory and we have lower memory in system.
we have installed 4.70 ext 2.00 with oracle on win2k on 256 physical and 1.5GB virtual ram.
