Question:
Hi all
As I'm trying to import the basis support package in my DEV server, the SPAM status turn from Yellow to Red. Then I check on the queue status its showing
The import was stopped, since an error occurred during the phase
CHECK_REQUIREMENTS, which the Support Package Manager is unable to
resolve without your input.
After you have corrected the cause of the error, continue with the
import by choosing Support Package -> Import queue from the initial
screen of the Support Package Manager.
The following details help you to analyze the problem:
- Error in phase: CHECK_REQUIREMENTS
- Reason for error: TP_CANNOT_CONNECT_SYSTEM
- Return code: 0213
- Error message: could not handle file as supposed (mv, rm, cp)

check the support pack logs. what is the warning? what is the status of your SPAM? Maybe it's just waiting for you to confirm the queue?

RC4 is just a warning and can be ignored. It never hurts to check he logfile anyway though. Your RC4 is probably in one of the DDIC steps. You can confirm.

Thanks everyone, finally I've updated the support package.
After confirming the queue, it pop up another warning message. Told me to import the queue again. So after that I import and confirm the queue. Done
