Question:
In the customoer solution absence recording takes place at a time recording terminal and transfered to infotype 2011 in SAP HR. The timeevaluation run creates an locked absence record in infotype 2001 - just like standard senario. The client is using TMW for approval of over time and absence recordings. In version 4.6C the absence approvel in TMW requires the removal of the lock infotype indicator. Since approval of overtime in TMW is done the oppersite way by setting an indicator I would like to know if somebody have experience with another way of approving an "locked" absence record in TMW

Hi Jeppe,
When a record is locked, it is not read in for processing.
What you can do though is unlock the record through TMW (Click the detail button to see locked indictator) or through PA30.
