Question:
¿Does anyone know how to create an Apprisal Model from a Profile?
I have detailed profiles for all functions and I want to evaluate all the functions with an appraisal which has the same qualifications of the profile.
¿Maybe someone has an ABAP to do that?

Answer:
As of release 4.7 it is possible to setup these 'dynamic' appraisals, via objective settings and appraisals.
Prior to this release it is merely 'static' and you'll need indeed an ABAP specialist to create these BS objects. Don't have this ABAP however.
