I have a batch job that has to create a spool and produce a print-out at the same time. I placed the setting as print immediately but I cannot view the spool anymore. How can I configure the batch job so that it gives a print-out copy and retains the spool at the same time?

Hi,
When you set up the job, go to print parameters....
You have put a tick in Print Immediately, ALSO put a tick in New Spool Request. This will print and also create a spool number for you.

I'm using 4.7 and it doesn't let me choose 2 different options. Either I print immediately or create a spool.

Select 'Print Immediately' and under 'Output Options', make sure the 'Delete after Print' checkbox is not checked
