Could somebody tell me, how I can exit the transcation FB60 at the end of a batch input?
Nothing is working, I tried all functioncodes, but I'm still in the FB60 screen.
Some ideas?

Why you need to do that? When you create a BDC for FB60 and end it with save function code (whatever it is) .. it means that you've finish with FB60 .. You do not need to 'exit' the transaction.

Problem is, I always get an error for the last transaction.
The FI-document is saved, but I'm still in the transaction FB60.

Try to simulate the BDC session with SHDB and generate the sample ABAP code and see if it matches your code.
