I want to create a data file with TAB seperated text in Application server.
please help me in this regard.
I should not use GUI_Upload or GUI_Download because i want to run that program in Background.

Ramesh - search this forum for OPEN DATASET and use a hex character to provide your tab.
This question has been asked and answered many, many times.
Syd - play nicely (I know it's a repeat of an old question, but we all started out knowing nothing - and at least Ramesh realised he couldn't use the GUI_ or WS_ FMs to do what he wanted, that's one step further than a lot of posters)
