Question:
I forgot what the hot key combination is to put the cursor in the command box. Anyone know what it is? I need to make some mouse-challenged CRM users happy.
I have a BDT event set up that adds an additional function to the BP Extras menu in CRM. It calls a function to create another BP and pop the display in another window. The users don't like making the 3 clicks to hit the custom menu option, and I'm not going to modify the standard screen just for that. So, I want the users to be able to hot key to the command box, enter the code, and press enter to start the processing.
Thanks.
Answer:
Maybe this will help,
In NT, with CTRL-TAB, you swith between SAP defined screens, in most of the cases the cursor jumps to the command box.

Answer:
Not really, but thanks for the effort. Anyone else? On an older GUI version, I thought there used to be a PC hot key combination for the command box? Maybe I'm thinking of the MacGUI.
