3. what are FULL CONTROL METHOD AND EASY METHOD IN back ground job scheduling?

Your subject topic doesn't tied up with the contents .. seems to me they're all interview type of questions??? But since you don't have urgent in your subject line, am taking a liberty to answer them all
1. Use INCLUDE (check your SAPSCRIPT manual on how to use INCLUDE)
2. As using normal ABAP debugger when debugging ABAP, to activate it, go to layout editor and click on Utilities and Activate Debugger
3. No idea .. have not involved that much in batch scheduling ..
4. Using FTP_CONNECT/FTP_COMMAND
