In table CDHDR and CDPOS, we can get document change record include MM/SD document and so on .
But I couldn't find any change record of production record (I use co03 to change po data ) in these tables.
Which tables does system storage these change record?

Answer:
Changes to production orders are not logged due to performance implications. There is an OSS note about this. It describes a way to turn on the storage of these changes if you must, but remember, each time you reschedule an order, a change must be logged for every operation and every component - a huge number of data are created.
