Hi Gurus,
I am on a Prod Supp Proj and basically an ABAPer. I have received a issue where the user says that when he prints any SAP Document through a specific printer, an extra page gets printed.
The extra page contains the following text :
User :
Host :
Class:
Job
I already checked out the NAST entry for SAP Cover Page for the Document getting printed.
Could you guys suggest where i could hit, to solve this issue ?

If in the printer's output attributes the checkbox 'SAP cover page' is flagged or not.
It is in the 'Output attributes' tab.
