Hai,
F1 and F4 are displaying a blank screen.I searched for a 'helpdata' folder in my system.I didn't find.I tried with different values in sr13.I think,the problem is help document is not installed.Actually,I am working on miniSap.I downloaded it from internet.What are the probable solutions.

Try setting it to the Help on the internet (http://help.sap.com etc.)
Search OSS for SR13 and MiniSAP (or the BASIS forum here) and you should find other solutions / assistance.

Rosie might have a possible solution but I believe that there must be something else:
You installed Internet Explorer 7.0... right?
If so, you must patch SAPGUI to latest level.

I do have the same problem.
All users with Windows XP and Internet Explorer 7 doesn't have any text into the help window.
I did install the GUI patch 23. (That is the latest found today)
That didn't solve the problem.
Windows XP and Internet Explorer 6 doesn't have the problem.
Is anyone have an idea?
