How to get material no from a characterstics assigned to it

Question: Hi Guys,
I am trying to find the material no from a charcaterstics assigned to it. But I am not getting it. I tried to see CABN, AUSP, using ATINN(charcaterstis name) and other tables but i am unable to get the material no from the characterstics.. Can u plz help me out

I don't think you can do that because the same characteristic can be assigned to different materials.

As a HINT You can use transaction CL6BN or CL24N.
Genrally, when working with charcaterstics, take a look
at transactions CL*

what type of charateristic is it? standard type 001, or a characteristics of a configured material. If a normal, type 001, you can use CABN to get the internal id ATINN base don the ATNAM, then use the number, the class type (KLART) and the ATWRT field in AUSP to fine the assignment.

Just tried it through se16 and it worked fine.
