Some body ask me about the disadvantages of ALVs reports.We know there are so many advantages are there with ALV report.But what are all the disadvantages for ALV reports..

ALV reports are more restricted than a list reports in layout. With list reports, you have greater control over the layout.
However, as they are two different technologies, the question about disadvantages is not terribly sensible. You use ALV when they are appropriate, and list reports when they are appropriate. The vast majority of the time, if you follow this paradigm, you'll be using ALV. List reports are only the appropriate solution for a small subset of problems.
