Hi Elaine,
As far as I know we can't. But we can simulate it by using the combination of checkboxes and hotspots. I know that there is one description of this somewhere on the internet (but I don't know where it was, try google).
Suppose you have two checkboxes (A and B). Make them both a hotspot. If you click on A check box A and uncheck box B and vice versa. That's the way to work in a nutshell.
