It doesn't work like that. A search help is an object which is created in the Data Dictionary and associated to a Data Element. However a drop-down in screen could be a search help or could be coded.
There are loads of examples if you search this forum for F4 Help and Drop-Down as well as help.sap.com for Search Help.
If you have specific problems please post them here, but don't expect training via a forum, people simply don't have the time to spare.
