Question:
When you create a custom screen in SE51, should it require that you create also a menu in SE41?
If yes, how can i show/connect that this screen uses this particular menu?
If no, and if you don't create a menu, is there a default menu? and if no, can you confirm that a screen can have several menus?

Try leaving a screen without a menu!
Take a look at SET PF-STATUS and AT USER-COMMAND...

Ughh, I don't remember the last time I used those two transactions, I'm using SE80 all the time now when creating my own bespoke screens.
To answer the question, yes, you do need to create your own PF-Status and handle the PF keys too, otherwise you won't be able to exit from your screen.
