Type INSERT into the abap editor. Make sure your cursor is in the word, and click on F1.
Don't do this with SAP supplied tables.

Do u mean to upload data from sap internal table to an oracle table in sap? If it is so , the data can be uploaded to the oracle table via a bdc.
