Hello,
Is there a standard ABAP module in SAP to build FAQ style custom transaction.
The idea is to provide smart support tool to users for most frequently occuring problems resulting from break-down in interfaces.
for example, Trailer Manifest doc is not printeed:
a)is dlv pgied
b)is dlv picked and message came from wms to sap.
c)is pick and shipment message idocs failed in sap.

This is really nice to have but I haven't found one. You could build one using the SAP help which allows hyperlink.. Haven't done this but surely very helpful to end users to trouble shoot themselves before passing to support.

You can achieve this quite easy by using workflows.
There you can send questions to users via the inbox. Every answer results in a different branch in the WF where you can send other questions, or provide the answer to the problem, or you can then send the answered questions to another user, who'll take up the issue.
