i deleted my program in se38 by mistake. Is it possible to take back that program. If any one knows please let me know.

(2) clicked the delete button
(3) read the "You do want to delete" warning message
(4) clicked yes

No, you're program is gone gone gone, unless you have transported it to another system which I dare say you haven't.

If it was a local object... it's definitely lost.
If not... try to re-create it and look at the version management.

You don't need to recreate it. Go to SE38, type in program name, go to Utilities->Version->Version Management.
And next time engage brain before approaching keyboard
