Answer:
Has it already been transported to another system? If so, get it from there.
Otherwise, you may be able to recover it from version management or with report RSVRSRS1 (that's on our 46B system ... you did read the basic rules, right?).
If it's a local object, you're pretty much stuffed. Life is hard. Don't do it again.
