Dear friends,
I have some questions and need your help. Do you know how to insert a new icon (I mean a new graphic or picture) into V_ICON table? Such as
1) How can I upload the graphic to SAP ?
2) How can I assign the ID to my new ICON (I saw in the V_ICON table have an ID as a key).
3) The last how can I add the the new one into the table V_ICON ?

It's interesting question but I don't think you want to do.
In my understanding, unlike HTML, SAP just pushes the "Icon code" from server to SAP gui and SAP gui picks up the images from the file which resides on the client PC. There is no image information pushed from server to client. Thus you can't upload the image to server.
So if you want to add an ICON, in addition to add the entry to V_ICON, you have to recreate SAP gui (like SAPguiRM.ocx) to pick up Image you have added.
Instead of doing it with V_ICON, you might want to check GuiXT function.
