Question:
With extract databases once you do a sort you cannot extract again. My dilema is that i am using a copied Standards sap report and need to make certain changes.
Is there any way of freeing up the extract database so that 'it can be used again' in the code. ie. i can clear it out and do another extract (from an itab) and another sort.
??any ideas??

I don't believe it is possible. Nearest thing I can think of doing is to put the extract into an itab and do the sort from there.... horrible solution though

yeah i have tried alot of horrible solutions so in the end i just had to rewrite alot of the code. Dont you just love SAP sometimes.

Yeah - sometimes it just doesn't want to do what you want it to.
