In classical report output, you can not show Logo.But you can do it in ALV.

SE78 allows you to upload Baseline Tiff images into SAP. These images can only be used in Sapscripts and smartforms.
Using the ECL viewer you can load many different formats from JPG's to Autocad drawings from the local disc. This is the object cl_gui_ecl_2dviewer. This you can use in dialog screens.
For standard reports you will not be able to get an image into the report unless you change the report to a Smartform or Sapscript. ALV is also a possibility.
