Hi all,
I wrote 2 remote enabled FM's in Development. Now I want them to transport to Production, but no transport request was created; I was not asked to assign the FM to a transport request like when I write abap-reports.
In SE37 there is an option to "release" a single FM. I did that but apparently nothing changed.
Anybode can help ?

Either, the complete function group is locked in a request: release it.
Or, the function group is local (development class $TMP): change the develpment class, and release the request (which shoulf contain the complete function group).

One more question: Can function modules be transported outside a transport request or are all transports done with requests ?
