1.When finish, only the delivery quantity was sent to information structure, other column order quanty, billing quantity is still empty.

Answer:
Check your update rules for the info structure to find out why your billing documents etc. aren't passing through their information.
You can usually run simulations of loads to see what data you would have retrieved and use this to assess whether your updates are correctly configured.
Then completely empty the table (you can copy the current stuff to another version if you are nervous to allow it to be restored if necessary) and then completely reload it. The info structure should then update statistically without the requirement for a load program run.
