How to copy data in 1 table from 1 r/3 to another r/3. The table is having 4 milliion records and it is a 'Z' table.

Is this a BASIS issue?? I think you should post this in BASIS forum thay are more expert in this kind of issue...
But one think I know maybe you could put the data from the table into a change request, download the Data and Cofile files of the change request (BASIS should do this....) and move the files to the new R3, import the change request in the new R3... but using this method the consistency data is not guaranteed.
Maybe you could consider data migration....... upload the data via the valid application for the table....

To move the contents of the table create a transport request and use the following keys:
R3TR TABU * or R3TR TDAT * (for customizing tables)
